Exchange & Cancellation
Due to the premium, perishable nature of our dates, tahini, and saffron, and in compliance with Saudi Ministry of Commerce regulations regarding food safety, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for purely subjective reasons.
1. Quality Guarantee
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please retain all original luxury packaging and provide photographic evidence to our support team.
2. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has entered our specialized temperature-controlled packaging phase, cancellations are no longer possible.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds for defective products will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on your financial institution.
